We offer the following event hire options. Both give you exclusive use of the space/room.
1. Fully catered event
We do not charge a venue hire fee, when your event is fully catered by us.
Our only requirement is a minimum spend on food and/or drinks. Menu options here MENU
Minimum Spends
• Sportsman Bar: $1500 drinks and $500 food
• Main Bar: $2000 drinks and $1000 food
2. BYO event
Have your event your way!
BYO your own food.
We charge the below BYO fees.
With this option we do NOT require a minimum spend on food or drinks.
BYO Fee
• Sportsman Bar: $ 300
• Main Bar: $ 500
• Whole Venue: $ 700

Are under 18s allowed at the venue?
Under 18s are welcome into the venue but must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
How long does an event go for?
An average event goes for 5 hours. We are a licensed to trade until 12 midnight.
If your event is expected to run longer than 5 hours please let us know before you book.
Can we decorate the space ourselves?
You are welcome to bring your own decorations and styling however we can not store anything onsite so please make arrangements to remove at the end of the event.
(you will have access to the venue 1.5 hours prior to the start time should you need to set up)
What furniture is available?
We have a variety of tables and chairs onsite that you can arrange to suit your event.
We also have AV and a microphone you can use.
What audio-visual equipment is available?
We have.....

What time will I have access to start setting up?
You will have access to the venue 1.5 hours prior to your event to set up.
What food and drink options / packages do you have?
We offer a range of food and drink options, including hot and cold canapes and grazing platters.
Do you cater to special dietary requirements?
Yes, let us know of any dietary requirements when ordering to meet dietary requirements, just ask us!
Is there on-site parking?
There is plenty of on-site parking unless there is a sports carnival on for netball or rugby league at the same time.
Security
Security may be required for your event, at the discretion of Redlands Rugby League management.
If Security is requested the cost would be passed onto your event (not included in the minimum cost or venue hire)
Cleaning
A Cleaning fee will be added to all bookings at a flat rate of $200
Smoking (includes vaping)
Definitely no smoking within the club grounds there are designated areas outside near carpark.
