We need VolunteerS at REDLANDS RUGBY LEAGUE
There has never been a more important time to help get community rugby league back up and running again and that’s why we’re asking everyone to play their part to unite and assist at their local club as volunteers.
It is a requirement of the Redlands Rugby League that "ALL" volunteers must have a valid QLD Working With Children Check before registering as a rugby league volunteer. Regardless of whether you are a close relative of a participant or not, you still require a clearance:
MANAGER
All team managers must be registered with their local club under the Volunteer member type, which is selectable at the beginning of the club registration form. Registrations are completed online through playrugbyleague.com.
If you experience any issues whilst trying to complete your registration, the NRL have provided support resources and guides available.
Where can I learn how to use MySideline Manager?
The best place to start will be by completing the free MySideline Manager course available on the NRL Learning Centre.
How do I get access to MySideline Manager?
Access to MySideline Manager is granted via a Club Administrator through the User Management section of the MySideline database. If when you access manager.mysideline.com.au and the first screen states your access is Pending, contact your club administrator to request access.
What are my responsibilities as a team manager?
The primary responsibility of a team manager is to complete the match result entry at the conclusion of a match. The minimum requirement is for the following data to be entered:
- Player and Team Staff Match Attendance with correct jersey numbers
- For competitive age groups, final match result for both home and away teams
- Individual match statistics (tries, goals, field goals) are encouraged to be entered
The process for entering this data is covered in the MySideline Manager course.
